Sizing

Do Sp5der hoodies run big or small?

They run a bit bigger than a normal hoodie. The brand is made for that oversized streetwear look, so the chest is wider and the shoulders sit lower. If you usually wear a Medium and you want the standard look you see on Instagram, order a Medium. If you want it slim and fitted, go one size down.

What size should I get if I am between sizes?

Pick based on how you want it to sit. Want it baggy? Stay on the bigger size. Want it cleaner? Go down. Honestly the best thing is to grab a hoodie you already own and like, measure across the chest from armpit to armpit, and compare that with our size chart.

Are they for men or women?

Both. Same sizing for everyone. Girls who want a more fitted shape usually order one size smaller than their normal size.

Will it shrink in the wash?

A little, if you wash it hot or throw it in the dryer on high. Cold water and air dry and you are fine. Do not buy a size up thinking it will shrink, because if you wash it the right way it stays the same.

Fabric and Quality

What is the hoodie made of?

Mostly cotton with a bit of polyester mixed in. The inside is soft and brushed, the outside feels thick and structured. This is why it holds its shape better than the thin hoodies you find at regular shops. The exact mix can change depending on the colorway, so check the product page for that specific piece.

Is it warm? Is it heavy?

It is heavy. Not winter jacket heavy, but you will feel the weight when you put it on. Good for cold weather, not the best for summer or hot days.

Does the print crack or peel after a while?

Only if you treat it bad. The print survives washing if you turn the hoodie inside out, use cold water, and skip the dryer. What kills prints is heat. Do not iron straight onto the design either.

Payment and Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We take Visa and Mastercard at checkout. If you need a different option for your country, send us a message before ordering and we will see what we can do.

Can I cancel my order after I placed it?

If we have not shipped it yet, yes. Just contact us with your order number as fast as you can. Once the courier picks it up we cannot stop it, but you can still return it once it arrives.

Are there any extra fees?

Whatever you see at checkout is what you pay us. If you are ordering from outside the country, your local customs might add import duty when the package arrives. That part is between you and your country’s customs office, we do not control that.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We take 1 to 3 working days to pack and send the order. After that it depends on where you live. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. During sales and around Christmas time it takes a bit longer, so order early if you need it for a date.

Why did my order arrive in two packages?

Sometimes we ship from different warehouses to get your stuff to you faster. So if you ordered two items they might come on different days with different tracking numbers. Nothing is lost, the other one is on its way.

My tracking is not moving. What should I do?

This happens, especially when the package is going through customs. Sometimes it sits without a scan for a few days. If nothing has updated for a week, message us with your order number and we will chase the courier and find out where it is.

Do you ship outside the country?

Yes we ship to most countries. The shipping cost shows up when you enter your address at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my hoodie if I do not like it?

Yes, you have 30 days from the day you got it. The hoodie needs to be unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still on it. Message us first to start the return so we can give you the right address.

What if the size is wrong?

You can exchange it for a different size as long as that size is still in stock. Sometimes the fastest way is to just return the wrong one and place a new order for the right size, that way you do not have to wait.

My hoodie came damaged or you sent me the wrong one.

Tell us within 7 days of getting it. Send some photos of the problem and your order number and we will sort it out. You can choose between a replacement or your money back.

How long until I get my refund?

Once the hoodie reaches us and we check it, we send the refund to the same card you paid with. Your bank usually takes 3 to 7 days to put it back in your account.

Real or Fake

How do I know if I am buying a real one?

The neck tag is the easiest check. On a real one the letters are bold and close together, not thin and spaced out. The print on the front feels flat, not rubbery or puffy. The fabric is thick, not light and cheap feeling. And if a website is selling them for half the normal price, something is off. That is the biggest red flag.

Why are prices so different on different websites?

A lot of reasons. Some colors are rare and from old drops, so they cost more on resale sites. Newer drops sit closer to normal price. Some sites are also selling fakes at low prices, which is why you see hoodies for 30 dollars on random websites. Real ones do not cost that.

Do you restock items that sold out?

Some yes, some no. A lot of Sp5der pieces are one time drops and once they are gone that is it. If there is a specific one you want, ask us, sometimes we know if it is coming back.

Washing and Care

How should I wash my hoodie?

Turn it inside out. Cold water. Gentle cycle. Normal detergent, no bleach. If it is a pink or red hoodie, wash it on its own for the first two times because the dye can come off on other clothes at the start.

Can I put it in the dryer?

Best to not. If you really have to, use the lowest setting or the no heat option. The safest way is to lay it flat on a towel and let it air dry. Hanging it wet can stretch the shoulders out.

How often should I wash it?

Not as often as a t-shirt. Every four or five wears is enough if you are not sweating in it. If there is a small stain, just clean that spot instead of washing the whole thing. Washing too much fades the color and ruins the print faster than wearing it does.

Can I iron it?

Low heat only and never on the design itself. Flip it inside out and iron the back of the print, not the front.
